Terms and Conditions for Niassa Web Portal

These Terms and Conditions are issued by Programa Malonda (”the Provider”). They govern the Visitor’s use of the Niassa Web Portal, including, without limitation, all content such as text, information, images, and audio (collectively "Content") and all services ("Services") made available to the Visitor through Niassa Web Portal (this web site and the Content and Services are collectively referred to herein as "NWP") by the Provider and/or third parties. The Provider reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time without advance notice. The Provider agrees to post all amended forms of these Terms and Conditions on NWP and such amended Terms and Conditions shall be effective immediately upon their posting.

1. Your Use of Content and Intellectual Property Ownership

The Content consists of copyrighted works proprietary to the Provider or to third parties who have provided the Provider with Content ("Content Providers"). The Visitor may download and print a single copy of the Content solely for the Visitor’s internal use. Any Content the Visitor download or print may not be altered in any way, and must contain all copyright and proprietary rights notices that were contained in such Content. ANY UNAUTHORIZED OR UNAPPROVED USE OF ANY OF THE CONTENT CONSTITUTES COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT AND SUBJECTS THE VISITOR TO ALL CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES PROVIDED FOR UNDER DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL COPYRIGHT LAWS AND TREATIES.

The Visitor agrees that the Provider owns all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to NWP. The Visitor may create a bookmark in Visitor’s browser to the home page of NWP.

Otherwise, the Visitor may not create a link to NWP without the Provider's prior written approval. All rights are reserved to the Provider.

2. Advertisements and Links

NWP will contain advertisements placed by, or on behalf of third parties. These advertisements may contain links to other web sites. The Provider will provide links on NWP to third party web sites. These third party web sites are not under the Provider's control and the Provider is not responsible for such third party web sites.
